FAQ

What paint do you use?

Mostly watercolor but I also like to use gouache in my illustrations as well as ink.

How are the illustrations made?

I make my paintings by hand, at home, in my studio. They are then scanned in high resolution and printed in a French printing house that uses paper ranges from sustainably managed forests.

What is the quality of the materials used?

The paper I chose for my posters, postcards and bookmarks is a 350g French paper from Périgord (Dordogne).

How are the products packaged upon receipt?
You will receive your order in a rigid cardboard envelope to prevent the contents from being damaged / folded. I carefully pack the A4 and A5 illustrations as well as the bookmarks in a biodegradable bag (100% recyclable cellulose). The postcards are protected with compostable kraft paper.

Do you ship your products internationally?

Absolutely! You can order even if you are outside the European Union. Be careful, however, that customs fees are not excluded.

If I live outside the European Union, do I have to pay customs fees?

This is still possible. If you place an order, it is important to take into account the payment of possible customs taxes (this is not systematic) upon receipt of your order. This depends on the country. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Can I return my purchased products?

If unfortunately you receive your artwork damaged, with photo proof, I can send it back to you at my expense to compensate you.

If the products in your order do not suit you, legally, you have 14 days to return your order. Write to me to let me know via the contact form on the site and you can then return the products at your expense, as is, to obtain a refund.

How long does it take for my package to arrive? Is there a tracking option?

The tracking option offered on the site so that you can follow the progress of your order. I am alone in my small business which means that I carry out all the orders. Consequently, the deadlines can occasionally be longer depending on the number of orders that I have to process.

If your orders require a quick delivery (for a birthday or other event), do not hesitate to write me a little note right here so that I can prioritize it. :)

For an order to France, allow an average of 5 to 7 working days (excluding busy periods in the store where delivery times may be longer).

For an order to the rest of the world, allow on average 7 to 20 working days depending on the country (excluding periods of high traffic in the store where delivery times may be extended).

If my letter, my Colissimo parcel or my Mondial Relay parcel is lost or takes a long time to arrive, what can we do?

If your order takes a long time to arrive and the tracking is blocked, you can contact the carrier concerned directly (post office, colissimo* or mondial relay**) with your tracking number, in order to have news and unblock the situation. You can also contact me directly so that I can contact them on my side. The carrier will then open a file and an investigation, in order to know the problem relating to the package/mail and subsequently unblock, if possible, the situation. No refund of the order can be made until the carrier has given its verdict concerning the condition of the package/mail. If the latter is officially considered lost by the carrier concerned, it will be directly refunded. :)
